Pre-construction termites prevention

By doing treatment of the soil by anti-termites pesticide that’s proven to have stability in the soil for 10 years.
The soil treatment is done by Phoenix Biokill expert technicians to saturate the soil under construction with pesticide solution at the recommended dose in 3 stages to have a complete protection from termites.

Post-construction termites control

Phoenix Biokill experts determine the building status & work plan to completely eliminate the termites’ infestation.
Matching work plan with building layout & underground infrastructure.
By drilling beside all walls to 50 cm depth & injection of pesticide solution in a rate of 5 Liters in each hole.
To be repeated each 50 cm to cover the whole ground floor.
Holes closure with suitable materials to minimize its appearance & match the color of the floors.
That procedure guarantees termites elimination for 10 years.
